Multi-Level Business Model system is unique in the industry.

Upon joining Z-Group International, you are automatically placed in the Z-Group Marketing Division, where you will be trained to use our Multi-Level Business Model to market our products. At this stage, you can receive payment for any auto or home insurance product leads submitted during your initial training.

Within the Z-Group International business model, compensation is linked to your abilities as a leader, with your Compensation Level rising as your personal business organization grows. Z-Group International has two side-by-side Compensation and Promotion Plans, one for the mortgage division and one for the financial/insurance division.

Similarly, the Compensation and Promotion Plan for Z-Group Financial is presented below. However, note that an Independent Associate is compensated for products sold by his personal business organization only if the Associate has the appropriate license for that product.

For those interested in rapid advancement up the Promotional Level ladder, Z-Group International offers a 90 Day Fast Start program. Shortly after signing up with Z-Group and completing the 10 Day Student program, an Associate can advance quickly to a higher Promotional Level by successfully completing the 90 Day Fast Start program and achieving the promotional requirements for advancement.
